Basically, during summer season people would need to stay in a desert climate, thus taking a toll on their health, especially the kids, older people, and the workers performing their job tasks outdoors. Drink sufficient amount of water: When people feel thirsty, then just go and grab one iced tea, cool drinks, and other unhealthy beverages. Drinking these things will make you urinate more and keep you less hydrated. However, if you want to keep your body hydrated, you need to drink water, fresh fruit juices, coconut water, green drinks, and eat cucumber slices. By doing so, you can keep your body hydrated without getting exposed to sunstrokes or other health issues. Moreover, if you are going for hiking or playing outdoors, then you need to drink ample water. If you are travelling, you can take a travelling water filter along with you. It is a best practice to carry water in a hard plastic container.

Don hat and wear goggles while going under the sun: When you are going outdoors or having parties outdoors, you need to wear hats, goggles and apply sunscreen lotions to avoid your skin from getting tanned. It is recommended to go for the lotions that are made of natural ingredients rather than going for chemical ones which may cause itchiness and irritation. People can apply aloe Vera gel. In fact, they can grow this plant in their homes. Applying this gel at the places of sunburn will give immediate relief.
Do exercises regularly:  People can do aerobics, yoga, and other physical activities to promote the sound health of the heart. In fact, you can do other activities such as hiking and swimming to keep your body and mind fresh.
Take healthy and fresh foods: During the summer, people need to take the food that has lots of water content. You need to take organic seasonal fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, ensure to take light food, salads, fruit and vegetable juices. It is imperative to supply proteins to your body to boost your immune system. Few of the food items that are rich in proteins include sprouted beans, nuts, leafy green, kefir, cheese, etc. And the other food items to take include are cucumber, tomatoes, and squash.
Exfoliate:, during summer, people's skin becomes too oily, and this results in an increase of dead skin cells. To clear all these bad toxins, you need to scrub your skin with lotion or the ingredients that are available in your kitchens such as yoghurt, milk, and oatmeal.
