  1. For building better abs: It's been said that you don’t have to work on your muscles regularly. Just like other body muscles, they need only two or three times training within a week.
  2. Stretch your muscles: stretching is the best thing to reduce the strain, and it helps a lot in relaxing your body. If you are under 40, you should stretch your muscles for at least 30 seconds but if you are above 40, stretch them for 60 seconds. This is because; at an older age you need to stretch your muscles for a long time.
  3. Work out at a time: you should exercise within one hour. Exercising for more than an hour can be harmful. This leads to increase in the body hormone cortisol that blocks the testosterone and waste the muscle.
  4. Exercise daily and properly: exercise helps a lot to relax your body and to shape your muscles. But it should be in order. You should do it in a proper way and regularly. There is no need to work with heavy machines for your smaller muscles. If you can use dumbbells, it’s also enough for your small muscles.
  5. Don’t give excuses: kill all of your excuses by giving a little time to your body. Schedule your exercise one day just for 10 minutes. Next day, again exercise at the same time for 10 minutes. Now stick to this time plan. You will not find an excuse now.
  6. Remove your weaknesses: if you are lazy, or you don’t find enough time for the exercise then do it now. If you are not exercising this means you are too lazy to take care of your body.
  7. Don’t take the pill: after a muscle work out, your body pains a lot. But this doesn’t mean you should start pain killers. Acetaminophen acts just like a placebo in most of the people for the relieving of pain after exercise. But this actually doesn’t work. Your muscles instead become weak, and this medicine suppresses your muscle growth.
  8. When you are sick: don’t exercise when you are sick. Take some rest and a day off when you don’t feel healthy. This will help your body in the recovery. And don’t work until the time when your symptoms are gone.
  9. Stretching your muscles: after you have done an exercise, you should stretch your muscles for a few seconds. This will help you in the muscle relaxation, and it will also increase your strength by 20 percent.
